Would not go near this business with a barge pole, several years ago bought a 45k van told them on roadtest smell of antifreeze and to sort before collection, asked when collected was it sorted yes was the answer van dumped its complete cooling system on way home. There answer were not mechanics take to main dealer. Then when i booked it in for habitation check and asked for them to look at fridge and rear step under warranty i was told i was 3 or 4 monthes late for habitation so have lost warranty on van interior.I called eldis and apoligised that i was late but had been ill and no problem take it to another repairer and all problems will be sorted foc,the van had only done 600 miles from new.I would recommend anywhere but this shower.Have since bought a new 90k merc van but not from Marquis.

Absolutely dreadful - bought a Benimar 346 Nov 2016 for 47K - handover - they guy had little knowledge of the workings. Had several faults from delivery - contacted via email & told they would sort - 10 months later still not resolved, had to repair most of them myself. Tried to book & told cannot leave the vehicle they will look at it and then return around 28 days later if parts needed! 90 mile round trip, they were not interested. Fortunately paid the deposit by credit card so if they mess me around further will take up with the bank. I rarely write reviews, leave that to people with more time on their hands but the staff are so ignorant and service/product so poor that others need to be made aware to avoid this firm. There are plenty of other motor home dealers in Devon so my advice is to avoid these people.
