  I ordered a mirror from the range several weeks ago which arrived damaged. Multiple emails and phone calls later I am still no closer to having this matter resolved. The range has refused to exchange the item (no explination given)and will only refund me if the item is returned. However the range have again refused to collect the item and are expecting me to pay for the cost of the return, this I suspect will cost me more than the value of the mirror. They have however offered to give me £2.50 in compensation, but what would i wish to hang a broken mirror on my wall!! To add to my frustration I now find the review (stating the above) which I left on their website no longer appears to be there, I can only assume removed by the company. What a shameful disgrace on their behalf. I will most defiantly never be using the range again and recommend others avoid purchasing any products from them. To add (19th June 2017) - the range have once again removed my review. I have therefore reposted it, let's see how long it takes for the company to remove it this time. However reading other people's reviews I honestly believe this company doesn't give a dam about it's customers

  Poor in-store customer service. An item i wanted to purchase was priced incorrectly on the shelf. Whilst waiting a lengthy period at the till for someone to double check, staff confirmed that they had made an error and the ticket price was incorrect. Maintaining that they could not sell the item to me at the ticket price because 'head office will not let us', they clearly value profit and staff accountability over customer service and satisfaction. I left all my items and won't be spending my money there again on principle!
