- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-06-14, by Karen godiffWe went in for a light snack in the brass monkey and it was absolute rubbish.. jacket potato was tasteless, it was like eating cardboard.. the chicken wrap was so tough like eating paper . Wouldn't recommend going in for a meal of any description.. I was ignored at the bar, whilst waiting to be served, the bar staff completely ignored me and said to the gentleman next to me, yes sir.. ahem, I'm next Luckily the man said, she is... tables were dirty and the seating was so tall we had to move to another table!....
