Had a bad experience elsewhere on the same day. Went here and found the perfect set for our lounge. Had it delivered today - only took 2 weeks to come. Over the moon with it. Really happy with the whole experience from this company. Thank you

Highly disappointed with customer services. Total lack of communication, very rude and unhelpful. Once you’ve paid your money customer service goes down hill. We were promised our sofa by a certain date and every time we asked for information we were fobbed off with “we will ring you back later today” later today never happened. Will never buy from DFS again.
