I couldn't be happier. I went in to get an old tattoo covered up.i saw Neil pengilly and showed him a design I liked.he did an absolutely amazing job.the new tattoo looks great and you can't even see the old one. He is such a great artist,and it's a really friendly atmosphere in there.
