Stumbled upon Hutong on the way to Royal William Yard and popped in for a bit of lunch. Lovely, cosy and bustling atmosphere, with fantastic service. Small, select menu which appears to ensure that the food is delicious! Happy to see a good quality independent cafe doing well in Plymouth!! Thank you!
