  Awful - 1 star is 1 too many. I bought a used Lexus from them thinking that Lexus were good cars and their dealers had a good reputation. The battery died after 3 months leaving me in the lurch, when I phoned them up the buffoon on the phone said "Well if you don't use the car every day then obviously the battery is going to die". The wonderful warranty that came with the car didn't cover the battery of course. They also put 4 of the cheapest tyres they could find on the car - a mixture of Admiral and BCT. All in all very unprofessional - I expected better from Lexus ! I won't be buying another one.
