Took 40 mins to get my order! It was ordered and payed for over 6 hours before my arrival. Spoke to reception to say arrived, warehouse team once told to wait outside, went back to reception! i asked a driver to go and find out and was only just being delt with, 40 mins after arrival??? I Watched 5 people come, order, get their orders and go! Poor service, not one member of staff who saw me waiting asked if i needed help! Not happy and no sorry for the wait!
