  I use Totem quite a bit. I never look forward to the experience. Materials wise 5 stars, Often items are in stock and I can check online before making a trip. Staff wise it's a mixed bag. There are a few very helpful and polite staff members but overwhelmingly in my experience most have a cant really be bothered and just want to trudge through the week to get to the weekend type attitude. Of course it's not there fault, they need a shake up from the top and some motivation to put the smile on their faces and a spring in there step. If I knew of another merchants nearby I would use them. I never go away from Totem feeling it's been a good or even ok experience.
