  10 am I looked at a car just arrived on the forecourt. No salesman was available so I went home and telephoned them. I was given a description of the car and made an appointment to call at showroom in afternoon to make the purchase. Arrived there at 4 pm, cash in my pocket, to be told that the son had sold the car on to the trade. I was given the name of the new trader and on contacting him found the price was now 20% more. No apology was offered by Warrens by the girl I spoke to and indeed she was extremely abrupt and unconcerned. Maybe Warrens are doing so well that they don't need my business but in all honesty after todays experience I would not buy anything there as they are not people who keep their word and buying a used car, you need a dealer who does.
